Football Fun!

Roan has declared that now that he's 5, he won't be playing with "girl toys" anymore. Wow! How long have we been waiting for this? I guess he doesn't view his American Girl Bitty Twin dolls as "girl toys"...but that's ok! Shannon did his part to support Roan's new "boy toy" rule...he got Roan a football for his birthday. On Sunday afternoon, he took Roan out to show him how to kick.

His first kick...he did pretty well, and he was very excited!

It was really sweet watching Shannon and Roan spending time doing "boy things"... it's a little thing, but it really means a lot!
