Snow Ice Cream

During the Great Snowpocalypse of 2011, the kids got a little bored. So, we decided to make snow ice cream.

We decided that snow ice cream is THE BOMB! I could have eaten the whole bowl! Shannon didn't want any. He didn't trust that I scooped "clean" snow. As if. lol.
